how i spent my summer vacation

i’ve been having the time of my life! camp was fun; i’ll probably go back next summer (if they’ll take me back!). i lost fifty pounds, but whatever. the point was to have fun, and i did. SO MUCH FUN! we slept indoors and told stories by the fire and, ooooh, we made low-fat s’mores, etc., etc., etc.!
in two weeks, i plan on going whitewater rafting with that camp counselor that molested me, and i’m so excited for that. oh yeah, i’ve been trying to read at least one book a month, and so far i haven’t.
overall, the season’s been great. i’ve just been me the whole time, and i haven’t let politics or religion or any of that other bullsh*t get in the way. the next camp i’m headed off to isn’t so much a “camp” as it is a “support group” to help kids like me cope with whatever it is that happened to me at the other camp that i’m too young to understand.
in conclusion, i feel like i’ve really grown this summer, but that’s probably because of all the molesting.
