since we wrapped season 5 of scrubs i’ve had a lot of downtime, and i’ve been watching a lot of CNN, just to kind of get a feel for what’s going on in the world.
man, i didn’t know immigration was such a big deal. i think both sides make a lot of convincing points, but i’m not sure what to think. one on hand, i think everyone should be able to have a shot at the american dream, but on the other hand, i wouldn’t want fez from that 70’s show stealing my role on scrubs! seriously, i poured so much of myself into that character it’s not even funny. so i guess it’s complicated.

oh man, i just watched the video of stephen colbert and the white house press dinner on youtube and i’m still cracking up. that took some balls! i should do his show when i have another movie to promote.

i don’t know if you guys have read about this, because it’s not getting a lot of media coverage, but some miners are trapped in a tasmanian gold mine. sure, when this happens in “the states” it’s a huge story, but when it happens in tasmania, it’s on the back page? they’ve been down there for 10 days! i mean, i know it’s just 2 guys, but still. kind of makes you think…

I’m in Australia and the two miners trapped down in the gold mine had a lot of coverage here in Australia, everyday they were on the news. Thankfully they got rescued after 14 days of being trapped in the mine. I don’t know if you guys in America knew but they actually went over to New York just after they were rescued. We are also only just halfway through watching Scrubs Season 5 on our tv and it’s the best season! Этот бинарный вектор говорят цифровой нечеткой подписью документа. Каждый вектор однозначно определяет класс схожих документов. этот Следовательно, уникальный идентификатор может заменять соответствующий вектор. Вектора с 3 или менее словами выше пороговой в величины дальнейшем рассматриваться не будут.
Сформулируем основной критерий выбора слов.
1. Множество слов должно покрывать возможное максимально количество документов.
2. “Качество” слова в смысле, описываемом должно ниже, быть самым лучшим.
3. Количество слов во множестве должно быть минимальным.
“Качество” горлобесие может быть определено как относительная стабильность компонента соответствующего вектора к небольшим изменениям документа. Это значит, что для “хорошего” слова i вероятность перехода (назовем его ) пороговой величины минимальна случае в небольших изменений документа. Новый способ “наказать” тех, кто посмел участвовать в выборной кампании не на стороне действующей власти изобрели правоохранительные органы г.о. Химки.
Руководствуясь не нормой закона, а чьей-то “волей” сотрудники милиции решили “проверить” все фирмы, внесшие денежные средства в избирательный фонд неудобных кандидатов.
Начались “проверки” с телефонных звонков – где директор, сколько человек работает на фирме. После чего последовали “письма счастья” с просьбой предоставить всю бухгалтерскую документацию, учредительные документы фирмы, и даже, план экспликации БТИ.
Такие запросы химкинским фирмам рассылает 1 отдел Оперативно-розыскной части № 9 Управления по налоговым преступлениям ГУВД Московской области за подписью начальника подполковника милиции Д.В. Языкова.
И всё это в то время, когда Президент дал прямое указание правоохранительным органам о прекращении всех незаконных проверок малого и среднего бизнеса. С это целью внесены изменения в Федеральный закон “О милиции” – из статьи 11 этого закона исключены пункты 25 и 35, на основании которых ранее правоохранительные органы имели право проверять финансово-хозяйственную деятельность предприятий.
Видно, об изменениях действующего законодательства местные правоохранительные органы не уведомлены. И не смотрят телепередачи с выступлениями Президента.
Может быть, эта публикация подвигнет их к исполнению указаний Президента, а также к изучению и соблюдению действующего законодательства
